En el mes de mayo de 2014, luego de distintas gestiones ante el General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons International, por intermedio del Deputy Grand General High Priest – Latín América, Joao Guiherme C. Ribeiro, fue enviada a Caracas por el General Grand King Edmund D. Harrison del  The General Grand Chapter Royal Masons International, la Carta Patente del Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of the Country of Venezuela. La Carta Patente Original está retenida ilegalmente y no ha sido entregada a las autoridades de nuestro Gran Capítulo; esta siendo usada de forma fraudulenta perdiendo todo valor, fuerza y virtud. Ante este dolo, el General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons International nos hizo entrega de ésta copia Sustitutiva, avalando incondicionalmente nuestra regularidad como única potencia de la Masonería del Real Arco en Venezuela reconocida a nivel internacional. http://ramint.org
