45th Triennial Assembly Results

Companions,
The 45th Triennium and 45th Triennial Assembly are now complete. The Assembly finished its work on September 30th with the installation of the following elected officers:
General Grand Master Lawrence O. Weaver
Deputy General Grand Master Milton S. «Sid» Roberts
General Grand Principal Conductor of the Work Ronald W. Guthrie
General Grand Treasurer Charles L. Hollinger
General Grand Recorder David A. Grindle
Five of the Six Resolutions passed. Some with minor changes. An updated Constitution and By-Laws will be posted as soon as we can get the website stabilized.
Those that passed are as follows:
Per Capita for the Grand Councils will be $2.00 per Companion starting on October 1, 2015 and then $2.50 per Companion starting on October 1, 2016.
Per Capita for the Subordinate Councils (Those Councils that report directly to the General Grand Council) will be $2.50 per Companion effective on January 1, 2015. This per capita will be reported on December 31, 2015. The greeting fee increased to $5.00 effective on January 1, 2015.
The Subordinate Council Annual Returns are due to the General Grand Recorder by February 28 of the year. If it is not received by that date, a fine to the Recorder in the amount of $25 per month or any part of the month will be imposed and due when the return is submitted.
The Life Membership fee will increase to the new per capita one year before the increase in per capita. For example, the Life Membership fee for Grand Councils is now $50 per Companion per Council to which he belongs and for Subordinate Councils, it is $62.50 per Companion.
The last Resolution made minor changes in the Corporate Foundation Board.
Additionally, the following two officers were appointed and installed:
Deputy General Grand Recorder Bryan D. Bechler
General Grand Lecturer for Africa-Middle East-Europe Michel C. Sabatier
Again, the remainder of the website will be updated when the website becomes stable with the information that had been entered before the server update.
